About Me

Having worked in healthcare communications for about 20 years, I wanted to create something that helps people improve their mental wellbeing. Writing is something I know well and love. Journaling about my experiences privately and writing about them publicly has helped me to process a lot of complex life events. I channeled this experience into these guided journals, and hope that others can use them to find balance and achieve their goals. 

 

Besides myself, a few other people are involved in this project as licensed therapist consultants, creative advisors, and just friends who can provide their feedback.
